This unified system provides merchants with a single point of control for managing disputes across their entire payment ecosystem.

Architected a multi-source dispute monitoring system that consolidates alerts from Tonder's native PSP and integrates with external PSP webhooks (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) for real-time dispute notifications
Developed standardized dispute handling workflows that normalize different PSP dispute formats into a unified process, simplifying merchant responses regardless of the dispute source
Created an advanced dashboard that provides merchants with a holistic view of their dispute status across all payment providers while maintaining clear source attribution
